Absolute Poker Buys Out Vegas 247

Absolute Poker software developer and network operator has finalizes a deal to acquire one of its largest skins, Vegas 247.  The amount that was paid for the site is remaining private.  Details of the deal aren't crystal clear as yet but blogs such as NetBet have been keeping an eye on the deal for the past two weeks.

The affiliates were the first members of the general public to know of an imminent player migrations, the reason for this is because of the change is that alot of their finances will be affected.  The two poker rooms aren't combined as of yet but will be sometime in the immediate future.  When the 2 sites are combined Vegas Poker players will have their accounts transferred over to Absolute Poker.

The reasons for the buyout aren't known at this time but the fact that Absolute Poker will be adding a significant amount of players to it's network and will no longer have to pay revenue streams to Vegas Poker 247 when both rooms play at the same tables.
