The complaint was filed in Missouri Supreme Court last week against seven online gaming companies alleging infringement of US Patent No. Patent No. 5,564,001 that is titled, “Method and System for Interactively Transmitting Information Over A Network Which Requires Reduced Bandwidth”.  This suit against Action Poker could result in default judgments and their domain names could be confiscated.
