Asain Poker Tour Back For 2008
The Asian Poker Tour has announced that they will be returning for yet another year. The schedule that was released for 2008 has four events, the events will take place in the Philippines, Macau, South Korea and Singapore. The dates and venues for three of the events haven't been released at this time.
But the tour will start off in the Philippines on May 27th and will run through June 1st. Each event is to have a $1 million dollar guaranteed prize pool and online poker players can qualify to win their seat for each event.
The Asian Poker Tour announced in a recent press release that the opening of the Tour will have World class standards and they are expecting over 400 players to attend the event in the Philippines. The buying for that event is going to be $2,500 and the other events should have the same buy in.
