Buff Magazine's Most Influential Poker Player

Doyle Brunson has been named Most Influential Player in Poker by Bluff Magazine, who has just released their 2008 Poker Power 20.  The list is compiled by Buff staff along with online poker community experts.

On the list this year there are of course some of the best players, two television networks, columnists, websites, major live tournaments, and executives that have made an impact on the world of poker. But only one can take home the most influential player award and Doyle Brunson has received that honor.

“Doyle is, bar none, the most recognizable name in all of poker,” said Bluff Magazine in their February issue. “The ‘Godfather of Poker’ has been there from day one of the World Series of Poker and, from the looks of it, he is not going anywhere soon."
