Eight Year Old Earns Massive Win at Online Poker Room

Rumors have surfaced that an eight year old boy from India has won a half a million dollars while playing online poker. The boy is apparently a genius on a computer and he had an account created for him at an unnamed poker room, where he won the large amount of cash.

Aashish Nanak, the boy, showed interest in computers at just three years old. According to his mother he began building his own websites at the age of four and at six he began playing online poker. Nanak’s uncle created an account for him at an online poker room and he began playing. He has now won $500,000 and the family is in court to try and get their winnings.

The court proceedings are taking place in New Delhi and the site which is unnamed is refusing to pay the family the winnings because Nanak is so young. The story has yet to be confirmed but if it is true then it definitely makes one wonder how good this kid is going to be once he is of legal age.
