European Poker Awards Announces 2009 Nominees
The 2009 European Poker Awards are set to begin on the 12th of February at the ACF in Paris. The candidates for the awards have now been announced and several players from the UK and Ireland are nominated for awards.
Several players up for awards are: Tony G, Kara Scott, Martin Silke, Bertrand Grospellier, Annette Obrestad, Dragan Gallic, Antoine Saout, Chris Moorman, Jude Ainsworth, Simon Trumper, Eddie Hearn and Lynne Beaumont. A new category has been added to the awards this year for the online player of the year, which will be interesting to see who wins.
