Scalp Tournaments Becoming Popular

With others already turning to the action to be found in 'Scalp' events, some including a €330 freeze out, where players would receive €30 each time they would bust a player. No exception to this, Full Tilt Poker has also decided to join in on the action to be had, of having a series of 'Knockout' tournaments.

This is where the prize pool is set in two ways. One being for the normal final pay-outs and one for each poker player that you bust. In this manner, as the tournament progresses, busting a player late in the game will have a higher value than in the beginning of the game.

Full Tilt Poker will have 20% of the prize pool that will be used as bounties on each of the players. With the American players being able to play, it is likely to become a huge hit. In playing 'Knockout' tournaments that have large playing fields, they can become very profitable, even if you were to bust very early on.

Most of the bust out tournaments normally keep the stakes low. This can be beneficial in appealing to new players, which would ultimately bring many more players into playing the game.
