Shane Warne Learns a New Poker Rule - No Texting
In his first ever live tournament, the Aussie Millions which was played at Crown Casino in Melbourne Australia Warne was directed to take a five minute break from the action after getting busted sending out text messages from the poker table.
During Warne's forced break, he did miss one big blind. Poker etiquette dictates that players should move away from the table for talking or texting. This not only keeps the game moving and the players focused, but assures there's information being shared amongst players as well.
Warne played Test Cricket for two years prior to his new career as a poker professional. According to news reports by PokerNews.com Warne says he would be good, if he could. He also stated that he'd like to spend a couple decades as a poker player, he's just not sure he's going to last 20 years in poker.
Swearing at the poker table, sharing information about your whole cards, or other hand related table talk are other things that might get poker players a time out on the rail at a poker game.
