Players Cautioned Against New Online Casino (Lucky Ace Casino)

The recently launched Lucky Ace Casino, an 888.com white label online casino, is receiving a lot of negative attention of late, as unhappy customers who claim to have followed all terms and conditions are being accused of "bonus abuse", resulting in the loss of all winnings.

The company behind Lucky Ace Casino, Kamay Holdings, is a virtual unknown in the online gaming community, however the white label provider, 888/Cassava, has vast experience and a distinguished reputation in the industry. As such, it is somewhat shocking to find so many complaints, especially considering the regional diversity of the disgruntled players.

The complaints have come in droves across the online casino's message boards. Apparently, players are given a first-time deposit bonus, meeting all terms and conditions to make a withdrawal, but when the withdrawal is requested, they are met with a lock on the account. The player is then advised by staff at the online casino that their game play has been classified "bonus abuse", with no further explanation. All bonus money and winnings are taken and the player's original deposit is returned to them.

Perhaps if it were one or two players, there would be more suspicion laid on the players themselves. However, it is a large number of players, located throughout the world, with the same complaint - claiming to have completed all terms and conditions, meeting play through requirements on the allowed games, only to find they've been essentially kicked out with no winnings.

888.com has been operating long enough to know that a player who meets the requirements, follows the rules and partakes in no illegal or otherwise inappropriate behavior has every right to the offerings of an online casino associated with 888.com. Should the casino wish to oust a player, terminating their account, it may certainly do so - after paying what is rightly due to the player.

Online casino gamers are being advised to avoid the online casino until this situation is sorted out and resolved.
