New 6-Max High Stakes Tables At Full Tilt Poker
Thanks to its newest sponsored pro, Patrik Antonius, Full Tilt Poker is now hosting four new 6-max high-stakes cash tables. When Full Tilt Poker says “high-stakes”, they mean it! Players will need a minimum of $40,000-$50,000 in their bankroll to even claim as seat at these new cash tables.
Full Tilt Pro Patrik Antonius, who is currently working his way through the field at the 2008 World Series of Poker, has somehow found enough extra time on his hands to reserve a seat in these four new tables, three of which have been named after himself – the “Patrik”, “Antonius” and of course, “Patrik Antonius” tables. The other is simply termed “RailHeaven”.
“RailHeaven” is a 6-max NL Hold’em cash table with blinds starting at $500/$1,000. The minimum requirement to join is $50,000.
“Patrik” is also a 6-max table playing Omaha Hi-Lo with blinds at $2,000/$4,000. Again, players will need $50,000 to join the table.
“Antonius” will feature a 6-max Deep-Stack PL Omaha Hi-Lo table needing $40,000 to to claim a seat.
Last but not least, “Patrik Antonius” is another 6-max cash table featuring H.O.R.S.E. and $2,000/$4,000 blinds. A $50,000 bankroll is one again required to participate.
We can expect to see a lot of Full Tilt Pros passing away the time at these tables. In fact, the “Big Game” in Las Vegas may see a significant drop-off when you consider the Full Tilt Pros could simply stay home, avoid paying tips, and fulfill their monthly Full Tilt Poker playing time requirements from the comfort of home.
It will be most interesting to see just how active these new high-stakes cash tables are at Full tilt Poker. We can certainly assume that Patrik Antonius himself will be making regular appearances.
