Playtech the online gaming websites has had a rough time since last year when they lost their American players and rebounded to show a nice profit in the last finance report that they made comment on recently. Now however the man that has taken them from their loss of players and profits to where they are today, with new players and regained profit is leaving Playtech. Shuki Barak the CEO of Playtech is leaving after eighteen months as their chief executive officer.

This CEO brought Playtech from where it stood to one of the top online gaming sites in his eighteen months by opening up to new markets, Europe has been responsible for up to fifty-two percent of their newly gained profits. The Playtech Company is also developing new software for mobile gaming for their customers, as this is one new way to take online gambling with them.

Playtech's focus is now on the Asian market, along with new online games for these players, one that will hold more interest to them than poker that westerners like to play online. Beside the Asian market, they are also in India and the Philippines and are working on moving into China.
