1st Technology Petition Denied

Its been nearly seven weeks since Bodog Entertainment Group S.A. has lost control of their previous domain name. This happened due to an improperly obtained default judgment with the attempt by 1^st Technology LLC for approximently $49 million that was a disappointing challenge of international fairness.  

With a focused legal team and evidence in hand Bodog Entertainment Group LLC had their day in court along with patent troll 1^st Technology and their legal team.    The hearing was held in Las Vegas in the U.S. District Court of Nevada, where 1^st Technology petitioned to have a permanent injunction to stop Bodog from doing any business in the United States. This petition was denied the U.S. Federal Judge found that 1^st Technology's argument was faulty as well as inappropriate; it is also beyond the courts power to grant such an action.

Calivin Ayre filled with confidence made statements in his blog, he stated that the company that they sued Bodog Entertainment Group S.A. does not provide online gambling nor have they ever. This company is not actually a part of Bodog Groups and was structured to provide data entry services. He went on to say that in order for a company to infringe on a patent the must be running online websites.
