Clonie Gowen Lawsuit Dismissed

For a while now the battle between poker pro Clonie Gowen and Full Tilt Poker has been ongoing. Gowen has been trying to get compensation from the online poker room for an oral agreement that Gowen claims took place between her and Full Tilt. An update on the case is that a judge has now dismissed the suit.

Gowen named Howard Lederer, Raymond Bitar and Full Tilt Poker in the suit. Court documents have now surfaced in the case stated the case has been dismissed. The defendants in the case filed a motion to dismiss and Judge Robert C. Jones granted the dismissal against Gowen on February 10th.

This is the third time that things have not gone Gowen’s way. The suit seems to have no merit in court yet Gowen continues to try and get compensation of what she claims she is owed.
