Superior Poker Owner Looking at 165 Years
One time part owner of Superior Poker is now facing more than 165 years in prison for the online gambling offenses that accrued according to sources.
Action Poker which had previously licensed Superior Poker severed all ties in what was a messy "divorce" the included accusations of withholding player information regarding payments and the eventual termination of key employees.
The owner in questions whose name is not being given out at this time sits in Italy waiting potential extraditions back to the United States. But a judge in Italy doesn't seem to be to inclined to ship him off as yet since the same offenses that happened in Italy would only result in a 10 year sentence, which is considerably less time to serve.
Action Poker is continuing to move forward at this time and hopes to put the "Superior" relationship far behind them.
