New Poker Show to Air on Fox Sports Network

As the new season of television has begun to air many networks are creating new shows to draw in viewers. It is an exciting time for TV viewers as networks become more creative to produce the best new show. Fox Sports Network along with the World Poker Tour will be starting a new poker show to air on Fox Sports that is called ClubWPT.

The new show will begin this Sunday, October 5ht at 4pm with an encore airing at 11pm. The show will appear on a regular basis at 4pm after the initial airing. The show is based on the World Poker Tour online subscription and sweepstakes based poker and blackjack service. It will feature six amateurs from the United States and Canada to compete each week for cash prizes.

Players can earn a spot on the show by competing in television tournaments on the ClubWPT website. This is a neat concept as a player does not have to come up with a substantial amount of money to appear on the show.

Players who qualify for the show will be flown to Los Angeles on the shows dime and also receive a two night stay in the Four Seasons Hotel West Lake Village with spending money and VIP treatment during their stay. The show will be hosted by Alison Waite and Barry Tompkins, FSN Sportscaster, and Bart Hansen, announcer will be the commentators.
