Online poker room PKR recently announced they have teamed up with the World Series of Poker to air twenty four bracelet events from the 2009 WSOP. Poker lovers will be able to view the WSOP events via PKR’s free broadcast at the website.

PKR will be the only place players will be able to view the WSOP events as ESPN has stopped broadcasting the events. PKR will show the final table of the $50,000 World Championship of H.O.R.S.E. as well as the $10,000 World Championship Pot Limit Omaha and the $10,000 World Championship Heads Up No Limit Hold’em event. This is just a small part of what PKR will be airing.

PKR will not only be supplying fans with the coverage of the events but they will also now be the exclusive non-US sponsor of the WSOP website. Simon Prodger, the marketing director of PKR commented on the deal stating: “The World Series of Poker is without a doubt the biggest event of the poker calendar and it fills me with delight that PKR has managed to scoop exclusive rights to be the official broadcaster for these 24 bracelet events.”
