2008 PCA Sattelites Added to PokerStars
On January 5-10, the qualifying tournaments will be played at the Atlantis Paradise Island, and they will be available in six different steps at PokerStars.
The cheapest ones being $7 to play in and leading up to bigger satellites and ending with step 6 events, that have a direct buy-in of $2,100.
Three 2008 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure packages will be available at the 18 player step 6 satellites. Only the winner of the 9 player step 6 satellite will be able to take a trip to the Atlantis Paradise Island.
The PCA was part of the World Poker Tour (WPT), in 2007. There were 937 players to enter the event. Ryan Daut, was the happy winner of the event and he took home $1,535,255 in prize money.
Prize packages that are available on PokerStars are worth $12,000 and include a buy-in to the 2008 PCA, along with travel expenses and accomodations.
