Berlin added to European Poker Tour
PokerStars recently announced that a new stop has been added to the European Poker Tour. The new stop is in Berlin and it will begin in March on the 2nd and continue until the 7th. The Berlin stop will include a guaranteed €1 million in prize money.
The event has a cap of 1,000 players and it will take place in Marlene-Dietrich-Platz at Potsdamer Platz. This event is expected to be the largest European Poker Tour event ever to take place in Europe and many are anticipating the tournament.
The Chief Executive officer of the EPT, John Duthie, commented: “We are excited to be making our first stop in the beautiful city of Berlin. We have experienced great success throughout the first half of EPT Season 6, with thousands of players competing in the initial six events.”
The Berlin stop is set to be yet another successful event created by the poker giant, PokerStars. Everyone is sure to enjoy the event and many players from around the world will most likely be in attendance.
