CakePoker Offers Million Dollar Freeroll Series

CakePoker has officially started their Million Dollar Freeroll Series that will take place over the next ten months. The series will give players a chance to win a piece of $1,000,000. The series will be ten main events will $100,000 prize pools. The first place winner will take home a guaranteed $75,000.

CakePoker is giving online poker player's three ways to qualify for the finals. The first way to qualify is through a freeroll. There will be Million Dollar Freeroll Series Satellites and the top five players will move on to the monthly final for a chance to win the large prize. Another way to qualify is to play in cash satellites. The satellites take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays that start at $2. For every $50 in the prize pool one seat will be awarded to the $100,000 final.

The last way to qualify is through direct buy-in. Each main event will have a buy-in of $50 plus $4 fee. The date for the October final will take place on November 4th 2007. For a complete list of dates go to CakePoker and click on promotions.

Fourth place: $2,500
Fifth place: $1,000
Sixth through Tenth place: $500
