Casino de Montreal Held Largest Automated Table Tournament
Casino de Montreal hosted the world's largest multi table tournament on February 12th that was ever run on automated poker tables. There were over 240 players in the Casino's new poker room with only four staff members in attendance.
This was also the first No Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament that was held in their new PokerPro poker room since opening it's doors on January 18th.
This tournament had a $225 buyin and was sold out two weeks before the event was scheduled to take place. Mohamed Nadim took home first place after beating out 239 other players and went home with $20,000 CAD.
Second place went to Quebec Sports television and radio host, Pierre Rinfret who got $10,000. All in all, the top 20 finishers from the tournament all went home with cash in their pockets.
