FTOPS Has Ended
The Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) has broken the highest payout record with two events surpassing $2 million dollars in prize pool money. The FTOPS has turned out to be a huge hit with online tournament players, there were a variety of events to choose from, such as Texas Hold'em, Stud, Omaha and Razz.
The Full Tilt Online Poker Series that had 20 events total and ended on Sunday, February 17th and paid put nearly $500,000 to it's eventual winner. There were many more players that got cashed out during the tournament in multiple events.
"majdasad" earned $307,763 for finishing in 2nd place in the $2,500+120 No Limit Hold'em Event #17, this tournament was actually stopped after players reached the money and then it continued the next day. Another player, Chris "ilikeaces86" Olson won the $300+$22 6 handed rebuys event #12 for $257,000.
The PokerStars Turbo Takedown was on Sunday, February 17th and had over 9,500 players competing for the 1st place and $200,000. This was the largest ever tournament that only required Frequent Player Points to participate "OnlyPlayRagz" ended up taking first in this event.
