Full Tilt Poker offers their players several regularly scheduled tournaments throughout the week and one such tournament is the $1K Monday tournament. Players can post the buy-in to the tournament or they can earn their seat via qualifier at Full Tilt Poker.
The most recent $1k Monday tournament had 371 players posting the $1,000 plus $60 buy-in which increased the $300,000 guaranteed prize pool up to $371,000. First place offered up almost $93,000 so everyone was hoping to be the last player standing.
When it got down to heads up play online players roshizzle and Vivek Rajkumar were the only players left competing for the large first place prize. It would be tough but when the cards finally stopped flying, Vivek would earn the first place win. Other notable finishes were Joshua VanDuyn in 11th place and Dan Kelly in 20th place.
