Oklahoma State Championships
After almost two weeks of playing poker at the Cherokee Casino Resort in Castoosa, Oklahoma they have finally crowned the state champions at the Oklahoma State Championships of Poker.
This event started on February 14th with a $300 buyin for several disciplines of poker and drew in a lot of poker player hopefuls. the average field had about 219 players topped by the 754 players that bought in for event #2, the No Limit Hold'em State Championship.
There were poker events for just about everyone with Omaha Hold'em. Pot Limit for both Texas and Omaha Hold'em and there was even a H.O.R.S.E championship at the event.
The Grand Finale was the $3,000 Oklahoma State Championship that took 2 days to play out and after clearing out the seats, Fred Roll was declared the winner.
