Red Wing Charity Tournament

Members of the 2007-08 Red Wings will be playing for charity by taking part in the MotorCity Casino's Red Wings Charity Poker Tournament.  For those that want to try their skills against Henrick Zetterberg and Brian Rafalski now they can a $500 donation to the Red Wings Foundation.

The even will also have an auction on popular Red Wings gear as well as a cocktail reception that will start at 4:30pm in Iridescence, the MotoCity Casino's four diamond restaurant.  Those that just want to hit the poker tables and skip the cocktails, the poker tournament will start at 6pm in the casinos poker room.

Every person that plays in the tournament will receive a complimentary stay in a standard guest room at the MotorCity Casino's hotel on March 3rd.  The players should be pretty happy staying in this fantastic hotel. 

The hotel has 400 deluxe guest rooms, including some guest rooms that can be customized and of course the larger suites with luxury oozing out of the walls and more.

The top 10 that finish in the tournament will be awarded prizes and the grand prize winner will get a trip for two on Red Bird II to the March 25th game in St. Louis.
