Second Annual Grand Poker Series Set for June

The Golden Nugget Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada will be hosting the second annual Grand Poker Series beginning on June 6th and continuing until July 5th. The series will feature daily tournaments at the casino’s events center, the Grand, as well as cash games and special tournaments.

The first Grand Poker Series saw over 15,000 players competing and this year it is expected to be even better. Two bracelet tournaments will be held and events will feature games such as seven card stud, Omaha, H.O.R.S.E., and Hold’em with no limit, limit and pot limit.

On the 1st of July the series will host the Susie and Howard Lederer Celebrity Charity Poker Tournament which will benefit the Boys and Girls Club. John Colville the director of poker at the Golden Nugget commented on the series returns stating:

“We are pleased to bring back the Grand Poker Series for its second year. Players were extremely pleased with the first series and we want to make it bigger and better this year, while still delivering the level of play and customer service our poker players expect.”
