PokerStars Super Tuesday tournament saw three hundred and sixty players fighting for the first place prize. First place was worth just over $70,000 and it would be online player Viirusss who took down the last pot to claim the win.

Viirusss was down in chips when final table play began but it would not be long before he would gain the lead. When heads up play began viirusss held a good lead with 613,671 chips to John “johnnykran” Kranyak’s 466,329 in chips.

The two exchanged the lead before viirusss gained the lead and took down the final pot. On the last hand viirusss raised to 24,000 and Kranyak decided to move all in with pocket fives. Viirusss called with pocket tens and that was enough to take down the pot. The board fell K-2-9-Q-9 and that would signal JohnnyKran’s demise in the tournament.
