WSOP Changes Schedule for Two Events

Harrah's Entertainment, INC said that they are going to be changing dates for two events that are going to be held at the 2008 World Series of Poker that will be presented by Milwaukee's Best Light. 

The $50,000 buy in for World Championship HORSE event that was originally scheduled to start at noon on Sunday, June 22nd is now set for 5pm on Wednesday June 25th.

The $2,500 buy in 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball contest was scheduled to start at 5pm June 25th and will now be scheduled for June 22nd at noon.  The changer were made to the lineup to enable ESPN to film extensive coverage of the HORSE World Championship.  ESPN is expected to begin airing it's coverage of the 2008 WSOP in July.

The 39th edition of the WSOP will run from May 30th until July 16th and will include 55 bracelet tournaments.  Buyins for these open events will ranges from $1,000 up to $50,000.  The buyin for the Main Event, the No Limit Hold'em World Championship is going to remain at $10,000.
