Clonie Gowen
Clonie Gowen has been trying to sue Full Tilt Poker for breach of contract for some time now and her lawsuit was dismissed yet again by a federal judge. This is the second time the case has been dismissed by the court. Gowen has one more time to try her lawsuit in court.
The lawsuit is concerning alleged oral agreements between Gowen and officials at Full Tilt Poker. The agreements, according to Gowen, were that Gown would earn a share of Full Tilt in turn for her involvement as a poker pro for the site.
The suit was first filed in late 2008 against Full Tilt and associated companies and poker players. The case was dismissed in court back in April of 2009 and went back to court recently as Gowen amended her suit.
Last week the case went forth to federal judge Robert C. Jones. It was Jones that denied the appeal made by Gowen and Jones granted Full Tilt’s latest motion to dismiss the complaint.
