GamCare, a British-based problem gambling organization, has launched a new program called GamCare Trade Services (GTS), an e-learning system developed for gaming operators to assist in handling several problem gambling related topics, such as addictive and underage gambling.

Andrew Poole has been appointed the GTS manager and will oversee the implementation of social responsibility regulations of gaming companies. Training will run in concurrence with Absolutely Training, a consultancy training software developer.

Betfair, who introduced Absolutely Training to GamCare, is expected to be one of the first gaming operators to sign up for the new GTS program. Betfair has worked closely with GamCare for quite some time, staying respectfully and in compliance with the social responsibility program.

Social responsibility manager for Betfair, Kate Stewart stated, "This new e-learning solution will enable us to ensure that all staff, across all locations, onshore and offshore, can benefit from GamCare's high standards of training."
