PPA Launches Litigation Support Network
The Poker Player Alliance has announced the launch of a free Litigation Support Network (LSN) that will provide basic poker legal advice and it will also provide members with a network of attorneys around the country that could help players if they need it.
This service also includes the worst case scenario that of being arrested. If this were to happen players could contact the PPA's Litigation Support Network via email or phone to setup a free preliminary phone call with an attorney. If the player then needs more legal support they would get a list of attorneys in their area that would be willing to take on their case.
Players can also use the new service to get answerers for their poker questions, such as, finding out if poker leagues are legal in their state and so on. The Litigation Support Network will be run by Patrick Fleming who is a attorney and is also the PPA state director for New Hampshire.
The Poker Player Alliance is currently looking for attorneys to be a part of the network. Attorneys that are interested can apply to become PPA Litigation Support Network attorneys through the Poker Player Alliance website.
