Twenty People Arrested in Topless Poker Bust
Sometimes you may wonder how smart a person is especially when they are doing something illegal and decide to post it on the internet. The Grand Rapids Poker Club in Michigan decided to place an ad on Craigslist about their poker game at a Ramada hotel. This may seem like a good idea but the poker game was illegal and had topless women dealing cards.
Police got wind of the poker game and sent in an investigator undercover to try and find out more information about the poker tournaments the club held. Once the police had enough information they decided to move forward and make a bust.
When police moved in just a few days ago, around twenty people were arrested. The Club met at the same location time after time so it was easy for police to make a bust. When it was all said and done the police confiscated poker chips, cash and other gambling objects in the bust. Many of those arrested will be charged with 90 day misdemeanors.
