Bodog Poker has signed a new player, Jean Robert Bellande who is a professional poker player and was also a recent star on CBS' Survivor.  He will be representing Bodog along with David Williams, Josh Arieh and Evelyn Ng.

Bellande got noticed by the poker community when he made the final table at the televised 2005 World Series of Poker Circuit Championship that was held at the Rio in Las Vegas.  He ended up finishing in third place and became known for his aggressive and playful table talk.

He has earned an invitation only seat at the World Poker Tour's Bad Boys of Poker II because of his personality and accomplishments in poker.  His poker playing skills have also earned him close to $770,000 in poker tournaments thorough his poker career.

Bellande made his debut as a member of Team Bodog this weekend at the NBC National Heads Up Poker Championship.  But this tournament wasn't for him as he was taken out in the first round by Sam Grizzle.  His next chance to represent Bodog Poker will be in the 2008 World Series of Poker.
