Poker Pro
Jon ‘Pearljammer’ Turner has a girlfriend who likes to play poker. Her name is Tracey “XTraCey” Nguyen and she recently found herself in a jam when her Full Tilt Poker account was hacked. Nguyen’s account was completely taken over and attempts to get help from Full Tilt support were unsuccessful.
Nguyen’s account was hacked and all of her money, $30,000, as well as her Full Tilt Points were dumped. Nguyen’s screen name was being used by the hacker at the $25/$50 tables and the hacker was going all in with every hand.
During the incident Turner was trying to contact Full Tilt support to stop the hacker but was unsuccessful. Turner even tried to type in the player chat for help but he did not get anyone to help. In the PocketFives forums, Turner commented: “I’m pissed. I’m a red pro and have no way of getting in touch with anyone at support while I watch all 30k (of my money for the record since I back her) that I have on her account pissed away.”
Hopefully the situation will get resolved and Nguyen will get the money and FTPs placed back into her account. It would be even better if the hacker was found and punished for their actions.
