Beginning November 1st 2008, NextPoker will no longer be on the Ongame Network. Ongame announced they were dropping NextPoker after they repeatedly violated the Ongame rake back policy. The exclusion was done to uphold their vision of a rake back-free poker network.

Press Officer for Ongame, Kevin O’Neal, states on the Ongame Network website:  “Nextpoker has repeatedly violated the terms and conditions of our rake back policy, and we therefore see no solution other than to exclude them from our poker network. This action is seen as a regrettable but required step towards our vision of operating a rake back-free network.”

The website’s news section released the story and they state that the Ongame Network regrets to take the action but they want to make it clear how important they feel their rake back policy is. The site also says that NextPoker will be excluded without delay.
