PKR.com Takes Advertising to the Skys
PKR.com has partnered with top aerial company Helibanners Ltd. and their patented Helicopter Overcity Banner Systems. PKR has commissioned a bespoke 25,000 square foot banner that is designed to fly over major events in London . So far the banner has made three flights and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
Marketing Director for PKR, Simon Proger said, “It’s a pretty awe-inspiring spectacle, and one that no one expects to see. We’ve gotten reports of sightings from all over London, and people have even been sending in their own camera phone images.
The banner has a giant advertising area of 207 x 139 feet, which is about three quarters of a football pitch. The banner will be visible for more then 10 miles and it will be seen by well over a million people each time it flies.
The next flight of the banner will be on April 26th and the path will include Central London and the Chelsea v Manchester United Premiership football match at Stanford bridge.
