Titan Poker Hosts ECPT Madrid Open

Titan Poker is a well known poker room online and they are looking to continue their success by hosting their first ever live tournament.  The live tournament that they will be hosting is the EuroCity Poker Tour (ECPT) Madrid Open.  The tournament will start on May 9th and will run til May 12th in Madrid, Spain at the Casino Gran Madrid.

The Madrid Open is by invitation only and there are 200 players that got their invites.  In order to qualify for the ECPT players had to win their seat from Titan Poker by playing in qualifying satellites that have been running since February.  The prize package is worth $3,000 dollars and includes round trip airfare, accommodations and of course the 1,000 Euro buy in fee for the ECPT.

A spokesperson from Titan Poker said, "At the rate of our expansion, and considering the number of players we are sending to the tournaments every month, it only makes sense that Titan Poker should take it to the next level."
