UltimateBet Website Translates into Fourteen Different Languages
In the past few months several poker sites have been providing their customers with different language sites. The online poker websites have recognized that poker is becoming increasingly popular especially in other countries. They have changed accordingly to meet their customer's needs. The UltimateBet website has taken their language translation to another level. While most sites make one new language available at a time, they have decided to provide fourteen different languages. German, Chinese, Japanese, Czech, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Canadian, French, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Dutch are now all available on the UltimateBet website.
The UltimateBet site has provided an option where each player can choose their language on the start page. They can then bookmark that page and it will be available in their language, allowing them quick and easy access to their poker page. The site's online promotions, information and tutorials will also be available in the selected language.
Spokesperson for UltimateBet, George MacLean said that it became apparent at the 2007 Aruba Poker Classic that a change needed to be made. Players from all over the world were in attendance at the event and they need to make their site as cultural as their players.
"The language of poker is universal, said MacLean. We're thrilled to make our non-English speaking poker players feel more comfortable at our Texas Hold 'em tables and we're excited to make it easier for new players around the world to connect with our poker community."
