EPT PokerStars Caribbean Adventure to be Aired on GSN

The Game Show Network (GSN) has decided to air one of the most popular stops on the European Poker Tour. The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure will begin to air on GSN in 2009 around the month of May. This will give poker lovers a great new program to watch their favorite poker players play the game.

This year’s Caribbean Adventure will take place on January 5th through the 10th at the Atlantic Resort and casino on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The Adventure will have a Main Event, a $25,000 High Rollers event and a Battleship Event.

The Battleship Event is where players use laptops and SNGs for cards and the back to back positioning of the laptops create the feel of an old school battleship game.

There will also be a PokerStars Poker Camp taking place where players can learn from the pros. Vanessa Rousso, Chris Moneymaker, Daniel Negreanu and Greg Raymer, all of Team PokerStars, will be on hand to teach what they know about the game of poker.
