Poker After Dark Dream Match II Airs Tonight
Paul Featherstone of Woodland, California will get the chance of a lifetime tonight as he will compete against some of the best professional poker players in the world. Paul won the chance to play in the Dream Match on Poker After Dark after he won an online free roll.
The show will air tonight at 2:05 in the morning eastern time on NBC. Paul will face Mike Matusow, Phil Hellmuth, Mike Sexton, Jennifer Harmon and Gavin Smith for the chance to win $120,000. Every player Paul will face has won a Poker After Dark match except Matusow, so the competition will be stiff.
Last season, Ken Light won the chance to play against the pros in the Dream Match but was knocked out by Hellmuth. Harmon was knocked out also in the same hand. Hellmuth went on to win that match. It will be interesting to see if Paul will be able to hold off Hellmuth and even knock him out.
Essentially, this is truly a Dream Match, as many players dream of being on television, playing poker across from a professional poker player. It is an exciting thought for any poker player. After tonight’s showing, the episodes will air at 2:05 every day until Sunday. A special directors cut will air at 1 am that night.
