2010 Aussie Millions Schedule Released

The Crown Casino has released the schedule for the 2010 Aussie Millions and the tournament series is set to have twenty events. The Main Event will begin on January 24th and run to the 30th with a buy-in of $10,000.

The series will take place in Melbourne, Australia and is expected an amazing first place prize for the main event. Crown CEO David Courtney commented: “Crown is also announcing an expected first prize of $2.5 million for the no-limit hold’em main event, which will further entrench Crown’s Aussie Millions poker championship as one of the most prestigious poker tournaments in the world and gives it the status it deserves on Melbourne’s major events program.”

Below is the schedule for the 2010 Aussie Millions with monetary amounts in Australian dollars.

Thursday, Jan. 14 (3-day event): Event No. 1 ($1,000 no-limit hold’em)
Sunday, Jan. 17: Event No. 2 ($500 no-limit hold’em)
Monday, Jan. 18 (2-day event): Event No. 3 ($1,000 limit hold’em)
Tuesday, Jan. 19 (2-day event): Event No. 4 ($1,000 pot-limit Omaha)
Wednesday, Jan. 20 (2-day event): Event No. 5 ($1,500 no-limit hold’em bounties)
Thursday, Jan. 21 (2-day event): Event No. 6 ($1,000 H.O.R.S.E.)
Friday, Jan. 22 (2-day event): Event No. 7 ($1,000 no-limit hold’em w/rebuys)
Saturday, Jan. 23 (2-day event): Event No. 8 ($100,000 no-limit hold’em)
Sunday, Jan. 24 (5-day event): Event No. 9 ($10,000 no-limit hold’em main event)
Sunday, Jan. 24: Event No. 10 ($500 no-limit hold’em shootout)
Monday, Jan. 25: Event No. 11 ($500 pot-limit Omaha eight-or-better)
