APAT Announces Season Three Schedule and Details of Tour
The Amateur Poker Association and Tour is back for a third season. The Tour recently announced the season three schedule along with new additions to the tour. The Tour is still being sponsored by Blue Square and now will offer an Online National Championship series as well as a National League for amateur players.
A few highlights of the upcoming season are a five day World Amateur Championship that will take place in August that will feature Omaha, Horse and a No Limit Hold’em Main Event. In November the Tour will hold the European Amateur Championship which will feature a two day International Team Championship as well as an Individual event.
During the National Championships Tour players will receive 10,000 chips with a low buy-in of just £75. This season the National Amateur Championships will be as follows:
English Amateur Poker Championship.
UK Amateur Poker Championship.
Welsh Amateur Poker Championship.
Scottish Amateur Poker Championship.
Irish Amateur Poker Championship
The newest addtion of the APAT is the Online National Championship which will take place online. The tournaments will be the same as the live structures and will be played at Blue Square. Players will be competing for national titles and entry into GUKPT events.
