Caesars Cup sees no UK Players on Teams

The Caesars Cup is set to begin soon and team captains Annette Obrestad and Daniel Negreanu have been busy selecting poker pros to be on their teams for the event. The Cup is scheduled to take place in the UK during the World Series of Poker Europe and yet no player is on the teams from the United Kingdom.

Annette Obrestad is leading the Europe team while Daniel Negreanu is heading up the American team. There is still a seat up for grabs on both teams so we may see a UK pro make the European team. The tournament will be filmed and aired on television in the future.

The competition will see the teams competing in a series of matches that include heads up play and double matches. It will be interesting to see how well the pros do as they are pitted against each other. Below is a list of the teams as they stand currently.
