Donhaka Wins 200k FTOPS Limit Holdem Event

The Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) included just one limit poker event, the $200,000 short handed limit poker tournament held at Full Tilt, where players were guaranteed a prize of no less than two hundred grand, and played limit poker at tables of only six players. It may have been the only online poker limit event held at this yeras FTOPS, but it wasn't a small event. Nearly 1,800 poker players took seats at the short handed tables, bringing the total prize above the guaranteed amount, and up to $234,200.

The winner of the game wins the majority of the pot, with 1st prize paying more than $47,000, and an exclusive online poker avatar available only to winners of the FTOPS. Among those playing the FTOPS limit holdem event was Full Tilt Poker Pro Eddy Scharf who just missed his shot at the games final table, busting out in 10th place, and winning just over 3 grand.

Things really heated up when Donhaka and pokerandmadden became heads up, however, in the end pokermadden lost out, taking second place, and $31,617.00, leaving Donhaka the winner of this years Full Tilt Poker Series Limit Holdem Event, with $47,894 and a gold avatar to go with his victory.
