Dream Team Poker recently announced that they will be holding a second team poker event this year at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The Dream Team Poker event first took place last year and since it saw great success they have decided to bring the event back and open it to the public.

This year’s event will take place on March 27th and continue until the 29th. Last year’s event was a private tournament but this year anyone can sign up. The event will be a no limit hold’em tournament with a buy-in of $500 plus $50. The prize pool has been estimated to be at $150,000 if the three hundred players that are expected sign up. This would create one hundred teams of three people each.

During the tournament, players will be able to compete as part of a team and also as individuals. This gives players two chances to win. Players will begin the tournament with 10,000 in chips and blinds will begin at 50/100 and rise every forty minutes.

The top five teams will win a cash prize from $4,500 to $45,000. There will also be individual payouts that will range from $600 to $20,400.
