Erik Cajelais Wins Bracelet at 2009 WSOPE
The 2009 World Series of Poker Europe is in full swing and the second event of the series has come to an end. 158 players registered to compete in the event and it was Erik Cajelais, a twenty seven year old poker pro from Montreal, who was able to outlast the field and take the win.
When final table play began, Cajelais was way behind in chips and up against very stiff competition. Howard Lederer, Men Nguyen and Hoyt Corkins were among those sitting at the final table. But Cajelais was able to keep his head in the game and earn enough chips to make it to heads up play.
Cajelais would face Mats Gavatin of Sweden in heads up play. Final table play at been tough but Cajelais wanted his bracelet so he played his best and earned the win.
