European Masters of Poker Championship Begins This Week
April 15th through the 18th marks the second stop on the European Masters of Poker championship and it will take place in Varna, a city of Bulgaria. Many of the top poker pros are expected to attend and it is estimated that three hundred players will be competing for the top prize of $80,000 out of the $300,000 prize pool.
The championship will take place at the Hotel Casino International near the Black Sea. Players from all over the world are expected to attend including Canada, Russia, Israel and Las Vegas. This championship is a new poker tournament series that makes the rounds all over Europe.
The championship has five tournaments and the first stop took place in Italy. Bulgaria is the second stop and the tournament will then move on to Prague and then Barcelona. This tournament is unique as it does not have a large buy-in which allows the everyday player to compete for a large prize.
