European Poker Tour Comes to an End
The last day began with eight players. The first to be eliminated was Ian Cox from England. He was short in chips and went all in with K7 but was called by Langmann with K3 and Langmann paired his three to put Cox out. The next two to go down were Paul Mendes and Anthony Lellouche from England and France respectively.
Fredrik Haugen finished in fifth after he called Langmann's all in with an AJ. Langmann's Q10 got help on the flop so Haugen was out with a £124,342 prize. Langmann kept up his streak of knocking opponents out by out playing Egan and Baran putting himself in the final two. In heads up play Langmann and Mouawad were pretty even in chips but Langmann managed to pull forward just a little. Langmann made a bet with an 89 with a flop of 69Q. Mouawad went all in after Langmann's bet with Q3. Mouawad hit another Q and went home with the top prize and the title for this year's European Poker Tour.
