Full Tilt Online Poker Series V Announced

Everyone is so busy right now with the main event of the World Series of Poker but there will be no break in excitement when they have declared a winner. Full Tilt Poker has announced that their infamous FTOPS V (Full Tilt Online Poker Series V) is scheduled to begin on the 8th of August with 14 events spread until the 19th. There are many satellite tournaments already running on Full Tilt around the clock right now for entrance into the FTOPS. Many of the satellite tournaments with Full Tilt player point buy ins or cash buy ins for as little as $2.25.

There will be many different events, a little bit for everyone including No Limit Texas Holdem, Pot Limit Texas Holdem, Pot Limit Omaha, Fixed Limit Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud and HORSE events. The 12th event will be a No Limit Texas Holdem with a $2,500 + $120 buy in to take place over 2 days starting on the 18th. This tournament has a guaranteed prize pool of $600,000! On the first day of play they will have 30 minute blinds and will play out 15 levels of blinds or down to 2 tables whichever occurs first. At this point the tournament will break for the day and will continue and finish on the 19th. Also on the 19th will be the No Limit Texas Holdem main event with a $500 + $35 buy in and a guaranteed prize pool of two million dollars!
