Full Tilt Poker Announces FTOPS Information

Mark your calendars folks, this February 6th; Full Tilt Poker will be starting their seventh Full Tilt Online Poker Series. The event is held three times a year and is regarded as one of the top online events. It gained popularity for its guaranteed prize pools and large available seating.

The event will consist of twenty events and run for twelve days. Two of the twenty events will be new for the series. The first new event will be a Pot Limit Omaha Knockout event. The buy-in will be $240 and the prize pool will be a guaranteed $100,000. The second new event is a heads-up event. It will have alternating rounds of pot-limit Omaha and pot-limit hold'em. The buy-in for this event is $200 and $200,000 is the guaranteed prize pool.

The site announced that the Main Event will have a guaranteed two million dollar prize pool and with the overall series having a staggering ten million dollar guaranteed prize pool. During the series, each Thursday there will be two events. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the series, one event will take place for each day. February 17th is the scheduled date for the Main Event. The series is sure to be an exciting time for professionals in the world of poker as well as the everyday player.
