Italian Poker Tour Heading to Venice Next Week
The Italian Poker Tour has finished up in San Remo and now is moving to Venice. The tour will take place in Venice beginning on July 27th and ending on August 2nd. Competitors in the tournaments will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of Venice as they participate in the tour stop.
PokerStars Italy is in charge of the Italian Poker Tour and they have created events in the same manner as the European Poker Tour events to allow a high level game. The tournament is being directed by Luca Pagano, the poker pro from Italy and member of Team PokerStars.
Players will be able to participate in satellites with buy-ins of €250 for players to earn seats to the €2000 Venice Main Event. The satellites will take place at 15:00 and 21:00 from the 27th to the 29th of July. The largest event of the tour will take place on the 28th with the Main Event and several side events.
The Main Event day 1a will begin on the 30th with day 1b taking place on the 31st. day two will take place on the 1st as well as a side event. The final table main event will take place on the 2nd as well as a side event.
